(VOVworld) - Hanoi expects to receive 3.8 million foreign visitors in 2016, an increase of 12 percent.

In order to achieve this target, the capital city is improving tourism products, calling for strategic investors’ participation in developing tourism in the Red River Delta, and cooperating with embassies and international organizations in Hanoi to promote Vietnamese tourism to international markets. Vietnamese tourism needs to participate in international tourism fairs and focus more on tourism markets in France, Britain, Germany, the US, China, Japan and South Korea.
