From 6 a.m. on Thursday, agencies, offices, organizations and businesses will return to normal operations.

Buses and taxis will operate according to the authority’s instructions.

Museums and parks are allowed to welcome guests with no more than 10 people per group.

Hotels and accommodation service can resume operation at no more than 50% of their capacity.

Restaurants and food and beverage service (except businesses that sell alcohol and beer) are allowed to offer on-site dining at 50% of their capacity. People must maintain required distances from each other, or partitions are used to separate them. Owners and their employees must be fully vaccinated, and their customers must medically declare themselves via QR codes.

Activities and business establishments must ensure safety measures and install and scan QR codes according to regulations of the Ministry of Health and the city.  Heads of agencies and organizations, owners of businesses and services, and individuals must take responsibility, according to the notice.

After undergoing nearly two months of strict social distancing from July 24 to Sept 21, Hanoi is gradually easing restrictions to adapt to living with the COVID-19.
