The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP) confirmed that it had received the invitation and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) also announced its participation.

Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh said Hamas is showing flexibility in negotiations with Israel but is ready to continue fighting.

Haniyeh called on the ‘Axis of Resistance' – Lebanon’s Hezbollah, Yemen’s Houthis, and the Islamic Resistance in Iraq – as well as Arab states, to step up their support for the Palestinians in Gaza.
