“The Prime Minister has recently approved the investment policy to build terminal T2 at Cat Bi international airport, whose construction is expected to start in early 2023. In addition, Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) will also invest in building more cargo terminals as well as aircraft parking lots to expand the Cat Bi airport," Tung said.

"The city is trying to find investors to invest exclusively for an airline specializing in freight transport, to be headquartered in Hai Phong city to deliver goods to businesses in the city," he added.
