There will be a food fair "Colors of Wonder"; Diamond Island EDM Party; international paragliding competition; demonstration of aircraft and seaplanes; Carnival Dance Contest; street band performances; and a street art circus.

The highlight will be the Ha Long Winter Carnival themed "Colors of Wonders" on December 24.

Not only an art parade, the festivities will feature stories of history, traditional culture, and a mixture of modernity and integration. Ha Long city wants to highlight its beautiful land and hospitable people for tourists from all over the world.
