Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment Tran Quoc Phuong said at a press conference on Thursday that five groups of solutions set in the program are strong enough to reboot and develop the national economy.

They cover such areas as health care; social welfare; support to businesses, cooperatives and households; and stimulation of public investment and administrative reform.

The Deputy Minister stressed that fiscal and monetary tools will be the mainstay of the proposed 2-year program.
