The program will be implemented nationwide and in some countries with long-standing cultural relationships and interactions with Vietnam, where large Vietnamese communities live, work, and study.

It will focus on cultural and artistic activities from provincial to village levels, as well as in some Vietnamese cultural centers abroad.

Investment for the 2031-2035 period is estimated at 5.3 billion USD.
