Party General Secretary To Lam, State President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, and other officials attended the online conference that connected all 63 provinces and cities.

Participants reviewed achievements in 2024, and analyzed limitations, challenges, and difficulties, their causes and lessons, and proposed tasks and solutions to implement directions stipulated in NA resolutions, particularly the socio-economic development plan for 2025.
