PM Chinh reaffirmed the Government’s commitment to replacing all substandard homes nationwide by September 2 this year. For houses of revolutionary contributors, including war veterans and families of martyrs, this task must be completed by July 27, in celebration of War Invalids and Martyrs Day.

He called for efforts to improve investment efficiency, clear policy bottlenecks, and refine mechanisms to speed up the disbursement of public investment capital, which, he said, is key to job creation and economic growth, with impacts across more than 40 sectors.

The PM also reiterated the goal of completing 3,000 kilometers of expressways by year’s end, including the transnational Cao Bang-Ca Mau expressway, to mark upcoming national anniversaries.
