The resolution suggests infrastructure investment in key zones for coastal and island tourism, and the involvement of all economic sectors in expanding tourism services, developing high-quality shopping and entertainment centers, eco-tourism, community tourism, and scientific adventures.

The government’s plan also aims to develop a seaport system, boost aquatic products by applying advanced technologies, upgrade infrastructure, improve the living standards of seamen, and make sure that all people can access good health services.
