Doctors at Gia Lai field hospital have been vaccinated since the beginning of March 2021.

The filed hospital was set up on February 8 in Pleiku city to treat 27 local patients. 50 medical staff from many health facilities across the province were dispatched to work there.

During its operation, the hospital received professional support from Cho Ray Hospital of Ho Chi Minh City and Tay Nguyen Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology.

On March 26, the last COVID-19 patient was discharged from the hospital and the medical staff working there were relocated for medical isolation at Gia Lai General Hospital.
