(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh has asked the General Department of Taxation to guarantee its collection target set for next year. Speaking at the sector review meeting in Hanoi on Friday, Ninh acknowledged impact of international economic integration and called for more administrative reform and application of technology in revenue management:“We definitely must avoid negative financial balance next year by strengthening the collection of taxes while ensuring an equal playing field for businesses. Inspection and supervision must be tightened, especially in shortening the waiting time for tax procedures to facilitate corporate operation.”
