(VOVworld) – Full time National Assembly deputies discussed revisions to the Housing Law on Wednesday. Topics for discussion included social housing policies and the management of apartment buildings. The deputies agreed that the State played an important role in devising policies and mechanisms to boost social housing development to meet the demands of low-income earners. They also commented on regulations concerning the joint and private ownership of apartments.
The deputies also discussed the revised Social Insurance Law.
The meeting of full time NA deputies closed later in the day. National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung asked drafting committees to cooperate with relevant agencies to complete the revisions, which will be submitted to the 8th NA session for approval.
