 Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc made the remarks at a program held Tuesday in Hanoi to mark the 64^th anniversary of Vietnam’s Young Volunteers’ Day on July 15. He said: "This program is a reflection of Vietnam’s tradition of remembering the source of the water we drink. Respecting and honoring the past is inevitable in preparing for a better future"
