Gorin told media that there is no reason to continue contraints on travel to Egypt.
Russia, Britain, and other countries suspended flights to Egypt after a Russian plane crash in Sinai in November killed all passengers on board.
Tourism Minister Hisham Zaazou announced the same day that he will visit a number of Arab countries, including Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, to launch the "This is Egypt" campaign to promote tourism.
