This year’s competition received more than 1,000 entries and awarded 4 first prizes, 15 second prizes, 25 third prizes, and 50 consolation prizes for individuals, and 3 prizes for organizations.
The Voice of Vietnam won multiple awards in the categories of radio, television, and e-newspaper.
Dong Manh Hung, Head of VOV’s editorial secretariat, affirmed that VOV journalists who are also culture experts are aware that participating in the program is their responsibility and honor.
“VOV leaders and its Journalist Inter-Sub Association have spread that spirit and received a positive response from all reporters. Many works were rated high quality for both content and format, reflecting diverse cultural aspects. Most of the articles mention positive issues, but there are also some cultural critics. It’s a great honor for VOV and its reporters to receive the award,” said Hung.
