The 200-bed hospital will be used for quarantine and treatment of COVID-19 patients, aiming to ease the overload Da Nang city, Vietnam’s hotspot of the COVID-19 pandemic. The field hospital is expected to receive serious COVID-19 cases with underlying diseases, especially elderly patients. The hospital operates with the assistance of doctors from Hanoi’s Bach Mai hospital.
