(VOVworld)- On Friday, the Ho Chi Minh Youth Union and Hanoi authorities organized a festival to celebrate the success of the 12^th National Party Congress and honor 10 outstanding young people.

In his address, Nguyen Dac Vinh, a member of the 12^th Party Central Committee and the First Secretary of the Youth Union said young Vietnamese people and youth union members pin high hopes on the success of the 12^th National Party Congress which will encourage the entire Party, the army and the people to overcome difficulties and achieve set goals.
