Chairing the session, the Association President Thao Xuan Sung called for creative implementation of the 13th National Party Congress’ Resolution. He praised farmers’ effort to overcome difficulties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic to achieve the twin targets of epidemic control and economic development while joining the association's various movements.
“We will define specific and overall objectives as well as solutions to address difficulties and cooperate with the Government and social political organizations in the building of a high-tech agriculture, modern new rural area and civilized farmer class. This requires reform in the association’s activities in branches as stated in the Party resolutions,” said Sung.
