(VOVworld) – International mining groups and Vietnam’s mining leaders will work together at an exhibition and conference Mining Vietnam 2016 to develop Vietnam’s mining industry. Under the theme “Unlocking Vietnam’s hidden mineral resource potential”, the 3-day exhibition and conference, which begins Tuesday in Hanoi, will be the largest since the first event in 2012. This year 161 groups from 22 countries and territories will take part.

Mining Vietnam 2016 will include a symposium, sponsored by the Australian Trade Commission, introducing the latest technology promising higher productivity and efficiency and lower costs. The symposium will feature speakers from ASEAN and Australia. The development of Vietnam’s mining will be the main focus of another conference.
