(VOVworld) – A European leaders’ meeting in Brussels on Greece's debt crisis ended without any agreement.
The lack of a result at the meeting of the ministers on Monday left the summit scheduled later in that day with little hope of reaching any concrete decisions on Greece's bailout. Wolfgang Schaeuble, German’s finance minister, said on Monday that the bloc "so far has received no substantive proposals" from Greece. Meanwhile, German Chancellor Angela Merkel warned that an emergency meeting of the Eurozone on Greece's debt crisis might be held in the form of a consultation if Athens’ creditors do not accept the just-submitted proposals.
