Recent efforts include the Vietnamese association in the Czech Republic handing over more than 68,840 USD to seven central localities.
The Vietnamese community in Poland raised 56,000 USD during a campaign aimed at helping individuals affected by recent flooding overcome the consequences of the devastation. A delegation of the Vietnamese association in Poland made a visit to and presented aid in support of the repair of schools and roads across the four central provinces of Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, and Thua Thien-Hue.
The Embassy of Vietnam in Ukraine united with Vietnamese associations in the Eastern European country to launch a fundraising campaign to support flood-hit residents, with approximately 17,430 USD being raised in 11 days.
