(VOVworld) – Greece must stay in the Eurozone but it has to carry out the reforms international creditors are demanding. The statement was made at a conclusion of talks on how to save Greece from a default held Brussels on Thursday. Participants did not reach any decision on the specific reforms that Athens must carry out.

Earlier, a week-long Eurozone finance ministers meeting concluded without any consensus on the Greece issue. Eurogroup president Jeroen Dijsselbleom said there were some sharp differences between Greece and its international creditors, adding that Athens submitted its latest proposals just ahead of the meeting which the creditors had not had enough time to evaluate.
