On October 17, the EU imposed sanctions on 11 Iranian individuals and 4 entities, including Iran's Minister of Information and Communications Technology Issa Zarepour, two leading Morality Police officials (Mohammad Rostami and Hajahmad Mirzaei), and several local police officials.
