The Vietnam Red Cross on Sunday offered 66,000 USD in aid to provinces affected by storm Doksuri: Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Thua Thien-Hue. The organization called on its chapters and the public nationwide to assist those in need. The campaign will last until the end of next month.
