(VOVworld) – Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has announced that Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump will have a telephone conversation on Saturday night (Moscow time).

The two leaders are expected to discuss bilateral ties, Mr. Peskov said, refusing to comment on the possibility to erase US sanctions on Russia from the previous US administration that have created tensions between the two countries. Mr. Peskov said this is the first telephone conversation between the two leaders, so all issues are hardly to be mentioned.
