The Vietnamese Women's Forum in Europe and the Vietnam Red Cross Society provide financial support for poor people in Dien Bien province.

The forum also donated 5 other cows to disadvantaged households in Thanh Yen commune with a total value of 7,000 USD.

The same day, construction of the kitchen at Muong Dang Elementary School commenced with financial support from the Vietnam Red Cross Society, in collaboration with the Hungary - Vietnam Friendship Fund, Centralretail Group, Nutifood Milk Corporation, Vietnamese Women's Forum in Europe, Nghia Tinh Que Huong volunteer group, and Vietcombank Hanoi branch.

They also donated 450 boxes of milk and 100 water tanks to poor households in Muong Dang commune.

These activities were part of the "Journey of Compassion - Sharing Love" program initiated by the Vietnam Red Cross
