(VOVworld) – The strategic partnership between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea is developing in depth and in comprehensive manner.

Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc stated this while receiving the Mayor of Busan Hur Nam Sik on Tuesday. He asked the mayor for continued support as well as effective measures to enhance co-operation between Busan and Ho Chi Minh city. Phuc said the Vietnamese government will do its best to support Korean businesses operating in Vietnam. He also called for more efforts by both sides to support Vietnamese people living and working in the Republic of Korea. The Republic of Korea has become one of Vietnam’s leading partners in direct investment, trade, labour, and tourism.
