(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc this week applauded the devotions and sacrifices of former young volunteers in Vietnam’s struggle for liberation and development. Phuc made the commendation Thursday while receiving former young volunteers from Tam Ky city, Quang Nam province, who are visiting Hanoi.
