(VOVworld) – Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc hailed the achievements Thai Binh province has gained in its patriotic emulation movement over the past 5 years.

Addressing the province’s emulation congress, Mr. Phuc stressed the need to promote President Ho Chi Minh’s patriotic emulation ideology and promote the emulation movement in the province. He said emulation movements need to be based on people’s aspiration and benefits: “The emulation movements need to focus on major local tasks including the new rural development, administrative reform, assuring social order and security. It is necessary to create a healthy competitive environment to attract more investors. Besides, role models in these movements should be honored”.
