He was addressing a working session with provincial authorities on Wednesday, saying: “I expect Khanh Hoa to have one or two high-tech centera with IT and big data facilities on public health as the province is a major tourism center. This will foster connection with high classed hospitals with social resources and better public awareness on this issue.”
