At a reception on Wednesday in Hanoi for Mr. Khalid Mohammed Sharaf, Director of the UAE Youth Leadership Program, and a delegation he brought to Vietnam to increase exchanges, Mr. Phoc called on the UAE, with its strengths in IT, construction, education, and investment, to share its experience with Vietnam.

Following field visits to localities and meetings with Vietnamese ministries and sectors, the delegation said Vietnam has shown that it has a strong aspiration to rise and valuable experience in overcoming difficulties and transforming challenges into development opportunities.

The delegation called Vietnam a good example of a sustainable development vision and said they’re confident their visit will boost effective bilateral cooperation.
