At a meeting with Finnish Deputy Foreign Minister Pirkko Hammalainen in Hanoi on Friday, Nam urged the Finnish government to facilitate Vietnamese citizens’ entry to Finland and consider the visa exemption for passport holders of the two countries. Authorized by the two governments, the two Deputy Foreign Ministers signed an Agreement on allowing family members of diplomatic corps to work to earn incomes.
