. General Phan Van Giang asked for support and assistance from the Embassy in consolidating defense cooperation between the two countries. The same day, General Giang and his delegation offered flowers at the Monument dedicated to President Ho Chi Minh in Moscow. He also visited the building where President Ho worked in Moscow from 1923 to 1924.
