The upgrading of the Tien Son Sports Palace, an International Press Center and a VIP terminal at Da Nang International Airport have been finished. The city aims to complete the expansion and upgrading of the helipad systems at the airport later this month. Da Nang has completed the upgrade of 21 roads and also planted trees. Huynh Duc Tho, Chairman of Da Nang City’s People’s Committee, said: “We are speeding up projects’ progress to be ready for the APEC Summit. We have also taken measures to assure security and order for the big events of the year”.
