Granma newspaper run by the Communist Party of Cuba and many Cuban online publications posted the full congratulatory message by Politburo member and President of Cuba Miguel Díaz-Canel to the Vietnamese Party leader.
Meanwhile, Prensa Latina News Agency quoted Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong’s speech at the 13th National Party Congress’s closing ceremony as saying that the Congress was a success, helping broaden Vietnam’s road to socialism.
The website for Telesur television network reported that the Congress adopted a resolution honoring the 35 years of renewal and Vietnam’s success on its socialist path as well as strong solidarity between the Party, army, and people.
