COP26 Chairman Alok Sharma said the revised draft agreement will be released and discussed further on Saturday.
In his latest statement, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson urged world leaders to show courage and conviction to secure a deal that could put the world on a track to limiting global warming to 1.5C above pre-industrial levels.
A draft document on Friday said countries need to speed up ending all use of coal and phase out fossil fuel subsidies completely. However, some industrial countries are still objected to a clear committment on ending their dependence on fossil fuel.
