Ms. Quang Thi Van, a deputy for Dien Bien province, said: “I recommend restricting the sale of alcohol to people under 15 and from 10 p.m to 8 a.m as this is the best time for the body to relax and refresh. In many other countries, a restriction on the hours for selling alcohol has proved effective in reducing domestic violence, alcohol poisoning, and traffic accidents caused by alcohol use”.

National Assembly deputies also discussed revisions to the Law on Public Investment.
