(VOVworld)-The Communist Review and the Ho Chi Minh City National University held a workshop on Saturday to gather comments on amendment to the constitution. National Assembly deputies, scientists and lecturers in the city participated at the event. They discussed state mechanism, role and obligations of the people’s army and police force, economic sectors and local government functions.
