(VOVworld) – A consulting board for democracy and law affiliated to the Vietnam Fatherland Front has collected opinions from leading academicians in southern Vietnam. At a conference on Friday in Ho Chi Minh city, delegates said that the draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution should underline Vietnam’s determination to safeguard its sea and islands territories, including Truong Sa and Hoang Sa archipelagos.
