Organized in the past four days by the Department of Grassroots Culture at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, contest was divided in three parts: car parade decoration, exhibition narrative, and promotional arts.

Nguyen Quoc Huy, Deputy Head of the Competition Organizing Committee, said, “The contest was able to meet the scale, artistic quality and effectiveness of political mission communications and satisfy the enjoyment needs of people. In order to further raise people's awareness of the importance of seas and islands for national sustainable development, I recommend units, musicians, singers, actors, and communicators to continue to promote the role of cultural soldiers, and effectively accomplish political tasks of the locality.”

The Organizing Committee awarded 79 gold medals, 141 silver medals and 7 certificates of merit to the participating individuals and teams.
