 The move will create a favorable aviation link between the two countries and affirms that Vietnam Airlines is the leader in connecting Vietnam with other nations and territories around the world.

Under the agreement, starting in November passengers can buy Vietnam Airlines or LY tickets for routes from Hanoi or HCMC to Tel Aviv transiting through Bangkok or Hong Kong.

Flights from Hanoi or HCMC to Bangkok or Hong Kong will be operated by Vietnam Airlines. Flights from Bangkok or Hong Kong to Tel Aviv will be operated by LY. Passengers only need to book and check luggage once for the whole route.
