The Chinese press quoted Xi as saying that the Chinese Party and Government attach great importance to the relationship with Vietnam and hope to expand their comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership. China pledges to consistently engage in dialogues to settle maritime issues and pending differences, aiming to ensure maritime security and bilateral ties.
