On behalf of the Party and State, Acting President Xuan extended her best wishes and profound gratitude to medical workers nationwide and affirmed that the Party and State always pay attention to the health sector.
She said that in order to achieve the goal of turning Vietnam into a developed country by 2045, the quality of human resources is an important factor, including those of the health sector.
She urged the health sector, hospitals, and training centers to constantly study and apply new technology to improve skills and professionalism of the staff to better protect people's health.
