So far this year, Nha Trang city has welcomed 15 cruise ships with thousands of tourists, including international super ships which can carry up to 4,000 travelers. Most recently, Bermuda-flagged Arcadia with more than 1,700 travelers onboard called at Nha Trang on Wednesday on a voyage around Asia. 

This year, as may as 45 international cruise ships are scheduled to dock at Nha Trang Bay in Khanh Hoa province, according to the provincial Department of Tourism. 

The Thua Thien-Hue provincial Department of Tourism said that the number of cruise ships calling at Chan May port this year may double that of last year. The province is also expected to welcome more international tourists.

About 40 cruise ships with thousands of passengers and crew members each have registered to dock at Chan May Port in 2024.
