He praised the glorious support by the Vietnamese volunteers to the Cambodian people for bilateral friendship. He was pleased to see closer bilateral cooperation after 38 years of Cambodian escape from the genocide. Former commander of the Military Zone No 7, General Trieu Xuan Hoa: “Despite hostile forces’ plots to harm the solidarity, friendship and cooperation between Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, we pledge our best efforts to secure and develop the traditional friendship and solidarity between Vietnam and Cambodia.”
