According to the Cambodian Foreign Ministry’s press release on Tuesday, the Prime Minister will be accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Affairs Samdech Sar Kheng, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Assembly-Senate Relations and Inspection Men Sam An, and a number of senior officials from the Royal Government of Cambodia.

The tribute-paying ceremony for President Quang will start at 7am Wednesday and the memorial service will be held at 7:30am Thursday in Hanoi. The burial ceremony will take place at 3:30pm Thursday in the President’s home commune of Quang Thien, Ninh Binh province.
