Widespread flooding has ravaged 20 of the total 25 provinces and cities, killed 43 people, and impacted 594,000 people. Floods have damaged infrastructure, while nearly 400,000 hectares of rice and crops were inundated.
On this occasion, Prime Minister Hun Sen extended his condolence over the loss of life and damage to crops and property in Vietnam’s central region caused by storms, floods and landslides.
