Photos of Vietnamese Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong  and King Norodom Sihamoni are hung at Pochentong airport, Phnom Penh.

The National Television, and National Radio of Cambodia, and the state news agency AKP highlighted Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong’s activities including his meetings with King Norodom Sihamoni, Senate President Samdech Say Chhum, National Assembly President Samdech Heng Samrin, and Prime Minister Samdech Hun Sen.

Cambodian news outlets quoted the leaders on the close relationship particularly the good neighborliness, brotherhood, friendship and solidarity between Vietnam and Cambodia.

The New Cambodia newspaper stressed Cambodia and Vietnam’s shared determination to consolidate bilateral ties in all fields and boost trade to 5 billion USD by 2025.

The Rasmei Kampuchea Daily reviewed the traditional friendship between Cambodia and Vietnam over the years and saying Mr. Trong’s visit will lift bilateral relations to a new height and boost peace and stability.
