- Cambodia Culture Week 2015 opened in Ho Chi Minh city on Monday, part of a cultural and art cooperation between Vietnam and Cambodia until 2017.

Highlights of the week will be the 62nd Cambodian Independence Day, an extravagant performance at Ben Thanh Theater, and a Cambodian Royal exhibit at the HCM city Museum.
Thon Bunheng, a Cambodian student studying at HCM city’s University of Science and Technology, says: “I’m very glad to be attending this event. It helps people of both countries understand the cultures of Vietnam and Cambodia. The two countries will sustain long-term cooperation in peace and friendship.”
